All orders confirmed before 12:00 noon (CET) will be dispatched the same day. Orders paid with credit card or pay pal are confirmed immediately, however orders paid by bank transfer are only confirmed once the complete order total amount is received in our account (account details communicated via email at the time of the order). We offer a 2% discount for all orders paid by bank transfer.

If the quantity of a product ordered is higher than the quantity available from our central warehouse, it will be indicated in the shopping cart page so that the quantity can be modified if required before confirming the order.
The minimum order amount we can accept is € 25.00 including vat.

Delivery charges vary depending on your country, the weight of the order, and the transport service selected. These charges are automatically calculated at the time of the order confirmation. The weight of the products may in some cases reflect the volumetric weight. Also the total weight of the order will include the packaging materials depending on the type of packaging required (calculated automatically from the weight and/or volume of the order).

Returns
It is possible to return goods within 7 working days from the date the goods are delivered (see our terms and conditions). Returned products must be in pristine condition in their original sealed packaging.
To return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only when a RMA number is issued, and you have been sent the return address can you then return the goods to us. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.
To obtain a RMA number login to the website, view your order history, view the order for which you wish to return something, click the "Returns" button and fill in the request. Once processed by our Customer Service you will then be supplied with the details of the returns procedure including the RMA number.
